Our founder, Lydiana Carvalho, inherited her passion for cheese and charcuterie from her father, who owned a laticínio (dairy farm) in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Her upbringing around the dairy farm and cheese-making process sparked her love for high-quality, artisanal cheeses and meats.
After receiving countless compliments and requests for her delicious charcuterie boards, Lydiana decided to turn her passion into a business and create Minas Boards.
